I will use the term “Irish Fire Stations” throughout this post - there is no political intent to this - it’s merely a convenience…!

No definitive dataset outlining Irish Fire Station locations exists to my knowledge, despite this being an important essential service. With help from the excellent lists at http://www.fire-ireland.com/, I have created this dataset to enable analysis to be done on Fire Station coverage within Ireland. I plan to develop several analyses using this dataset over the coming months, including drive-time and service analysis.
